Our Promise

Should you want to return an item, simply send an e-mail to Return Department within 30 days of receiving the item and tell us you'd like to return it. We'll promptly issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number. We'll also issue you a FULL refund. Shipping fees are not reimbursable. An RA number is required for all returns.
