The ResultsOver half of our customers buy again within 90 days, in large part because happy customers are our priority and we're easy to do business with. Our return policy reflects the same philosophy.
Our PromiseShould you want to return an item, simply send an e-mail to Return Department within 30 days of receiving the item and tell us you'd like to return it. We'll promptly issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number. We'll also issue you a FULL refund. Shipping fees are not reimbursable. An RA number is required for all returns.
